In order to guarantee reservations made during high season, we require the bank deposit for the first night of stay. The deposit has to be made 5 days prior the programmed arrival to guarantee your reservation.
Low season: We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation or a bank deposit before the programmed arrival.
Must cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.
No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person policy:
A 200.00 MXN charge per extra person in the room will be charged.
Minors aged 11 and younger will be considered children. 12 years and older will be charged as adults; 2 children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
